Any type of noise is strictly prohibited, whether in the apartment or on its premises.

Visitors or anyone who is not registered on the registration form are not permitted to enter.

The use of a barbecue on the apartment balcony is not permitted.

Only one small animal is allowed per apartment and all hygiene and feeding care is the sole responsibility of the guest. In addition, all condominium rules regarding animals must be complied with.

Any damage or damage to bed and bath linen or utensils in general in the apartment will be charged at the inspection before checkout.

All of our units have the same size and the same infrastructure, only the furniture varies from one to another.
